Calibration & Repair Services:

1. Download the application form. 2. Complete and return the form to us by fax at (852) 2744-8986. 3. Wait for our quotation (about two working days). 4. Sign and chop on the quotation if acceptable and return to us by fax again. 5. Our laboratory will contact the customer to arrange equipment collection or delivery.

Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) Testing Service:

1. Download the application form for "Requesting testing services against Hong Kong Telecommunications Authority (HKTA)" 2. Fill in data on the form and submit it to us (by fax in advance and orginal copy by mail) with the following technical information: Equipment brochure/category Network interface circuit diagram(s) General technical specifications Copy of power safety certificate 3. Once the testing service request is received, our engineer will contact the agent to arrange delivery of the test sample as well as to inform them about the evaluation fee and the estimated timeframe of completion.
